Women are as much a part of our society as the men. They need to be heard and taken care of too. No only male staff members have been employed at the FSO but there are female members as well who are present to support and encourage the women in the society. Their voice is heard and paid attention too.
They are given proper care and attention so that they feel comfortable in sharing their problems with us. By understanding the root cause of the problem we can then eradicate it or take action to improve the situation. We cater to both the gender on an equal basis.
