Women development and gender equality are basic human rights. Our female development program is developed especially to promote women and allows them to take control of their lives so that thay can take all the convenient and clear steps they want to enhance and strengthen non only their skills but also their confidence.
Women from all backgrounds, stages of life and eges should be given a platform where they can perform self assessment, identify their values, set goals and put them selves completely in front of the challenges they face in their life. We have initiated various programs for women who are stay at home mother and still can add to their family income. They can do so by using their handicraft skill and gifted talent.
An earning women will contribute more to household and can teach his to her children as well because the generation are raised by women. We are striving to develop interdisciplinary as well as multi sartorial approaches to encourage female development with vertical and horizontal linkages at each and every level.
